THE PAIN AND THE PASSION
Written and Directed by Sherry Ede
JUNE 10 – 24, 2000
The story of Richard Pearse, the genius New Zealand aviator, who built a powered flying machine in his backyard shed. This new play looks at the man himself, his passion to follow a dream and the passions and dreams within us all. Based on the recently published novel “Oh For The Wings of a Moth” by aviator/historian Geoff Rodliffe, Informative, passionate and entertaining.
OPENING GALA NIGHT PERFORMANCE June 10th ’00. Arrive from 7.15pm. Show commences at 8.00pm. Enjoy a drink of your choice and nibbles.
