TSSC JOINT VENTURE TRANSFERS TO NEC NEW ZEALAND
Telecom New Zealand (Telecom), NEC Corporation (NEC) and Scollay Holdings Limited jointly announced today that they
intend to wind down their joint venture, NZ Telecommunication Systems Support Centre (TSSC). However, NEC will absorb
most of TSSC into its new subsidiary - NEC New Zealand Limited.
