Magnum Launches Its First Ever Vegan Ice Cream

Published: Thu 17 Jan 2019 10:16 AM
This February, Magnum launches its first ever vegan ice cream; Magnum Dairy Free.
Expertly crafted for 100% pleasure, Magnum Dairy Free combines smooth velvety vanilla ice cream and thick cracking chocolate, providing Magnum’s signature cracking experience but all in a new vegan format.
As indulgent as it is innovative, the new recipe is uncompromising on taste, using only the highest quality plant-based ingredients and is certified by the Vegan Association.
The cocoa beans are carefully selected from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ farms while the deliciously smooth ice cream is made with pea protein, a plant-based alternative to dairy.
For the first time ever, those who choose to follow a vegan lifestyle can now indulge in the full pleasure of a Magnum, because after all a day without pleasure, is a day lost.
Following successful launches in Sweden and Finland, the much-anticipated dairy free range will be launched in New Zealand in its two signature flavours, Classic and Almond.
Magnum Dairy Free will be available nationwide from Monday 18th February from Countdown, Pak 'N Save, New World and convenience stores, RRP $6.99 for a multipack of three and $3.90 for singles.
