Zodiak launch a comprehensive holiday rental buyers guide

Published: Fri 28 Sep 2018 11:23 AM
Auckland-based short term rental management company Zodiak are launching a new consultancy service which helps prospective property buyers find the best properties for holiday rental.
Through their management of Airbnb rental apartments throughout Auckland’s CBD, Zodiak have built a comprehensive database of performance statistics for properties ranging from one to five bedrooms.
With this extensive knowledgebase, Zodiak director, Stefan Nikolic will personally help investors find a property which ticks all of the holiday rental boxes and calculate just how much they can earn from a property.
“There are many factors which can determine the success of a holiday rental investment property”, say Nikolic.
“Location is one of the crucial factors in creating a successful Airbnb investment. As little a one hundred metres can have an enormous impact on nightly rates due to how the search results on these online booking platforms work”.
The prospects for the Auckland tourism market are bright, growing at a rate of 10% each year and with hotels in the central city already stretched, now is the perfect time to enter the holiday rental market.
Even with the construction of new hotels, it is estimated that there will be a shortfall of 1800 rooms by the year 2025.
With Auckland hosting an increasing amount of internationally renowned events, such as the Americas cup in 2021, the demand for holiday rentals will remain high.
For an experienced insight into what will make the best rental investment property, get in touch with Zodiak and ask about their holiday rental investment guide.
