Entries are open for XDHax, Xero’s Developer Challenge 2018


Xero today announced that entries are open for XDHax, Xero’s Developer Challenge, in partnership with Amazon Web Services, AWS. The event was launched as part of Xero’s Developer Roadshow, XD18.

Run as a virtual hackathon, the challenge is to build a new innovative app using the cloud, to benefit small businesses around the globe. There are no limits to what participants can build and entrants are encouraged to think outside the square and get as innovative as possible.

As well as US$5000 prize money, winners have the chance to showcase their app to Xero’s community of 1.4million global subscribers and 100,000 plus advisors, through opportunities to exhibit at Xerocon, Xero’s global accounting conference, and feature on Xero’s app marketplace.

There are three prize categories:
• Best App - Americas
• Best App - APAC
• Best App - EMEA
Entries close on 7 September 2018 and winners will be announced on 25 September 2018.
