Modica Group platform becomes gateway for Salesforce SMS plugin
Modica Group and NZ-based technology company CloudinIT have partnered to deploy Salesforce SMS plugin TXTinIT. The TXTinIT plugin allows Salesforce users to send and receive SMS messages to their customers and staff. Currently, over 50 Salesforce users use CloudinIT’s TXTinIT plugin.
Via Modica Group’s intelligent messaging platform, TXTinIT will route messages such as billing reminders, appointment reminders, support case notifications and booking confirmations from Salesforce users to their customers.
TXTinIT is integrated with the Salesforce Process Builder allowing the plugin users to schedule and automate SMS messages based on certain events or time triggers.
CloudinIT chose Modica Group as one of their suppliers because they support many New Zealand carriers as well as international numbers.
“We’re excited about working with Modica to provide seamless solutions for our shared clients. Our TXTinIT product is the perfect complement to the Modica Enterprise messaging platform for those businesses that need savvy, reliable, high frequency text campaigns working with the Salesforce.com platform,” says Raymond Yong, Strategy Director at CloudinIT.
Modica Group’s Partner Development Manager, Phillip Linder, says he is delighted to be partnering with CloudinIT.
"Their TXTinIT plugin providing SMS capability to Salesforce instances is technically superior to all others I have seen. There are many enterprise customers using Salesforce, and adding SMS capability will bring lots of improved workflows and processes to them. Being able to do that in partnership through the TXTinIT product is fantastic."
Established in 2001, Modica's messaging platform is used by some of the world's biggest enterprise organisations and brands to deliver high volume, mission critical messaging services.
