Emergent opens new Digital and Technology branch in Auckland
As part of their next phase of expansion, Emergent, New Zealand’s premier recruitment and contracting consultancy, have extended their ‘quality as pace’ offering to include contractor and permanent recruitment services for high-demand digital and technology expertise.
Since well-established corporates are grappling with digital disruption, there is a new need to move faster, reduce cost to serve and reach new customers through digital platforms in order to stay competitive. Simultaneously, start-ups and small businesses have an increasing demand for digital talent to accelerate growth and speed to market.
While others are consolidating, Emergent is meeting demand by expanding and through the acquisition of Arc Recruitment Limited. Noel Hassapladakis leads Emergent Digital & Technology’s Auckland office and comments on their current feedback saying:
“Clients and candidates alike are reporting the Emergent ethos and the way of working to be a breath of fresh air for the industry where agility and speed are the difference.”
Customer experience, underpinned by digital and technology, has a remarkable impact on the success of an organisation and its people when executed properly. It has become increasingly difficult to keep up with the growing demand for digital talent; however, with Emergent’s entry in to the digital and technology domain, clients can rest assured they are partnering with a consultancy focussed on meeting their needs.
Emergent are excited about their rapid growth and look forward to supporting New Zealand businesses in developing innovative strategies to attract and retain the best digital and technology talent and, as always, putting quality at the centre of everything they do.
