Hamilton labour candidate helps local company help veterans

Hamilton based Wash Rite Limited has been offering free house washes and roof washing to ex serviceman and servicewomen for the past two year’s. On a recent free moss and mould removal job for an ex naval serviceman Wash Rite was accompanied by Hamilton east Labour candidate Jamie Strange.
While Wash Rite went to work cleaning Chris McMaster a naval veteran of the falkland’s war and Jamie Strange spoke about veterans support and how it could be extended upon in Labour was to be in government in this years elections.
Jamie Strange was not adverse to getting his hands dirty and even jumped on the tools to help Wash Rite do this good deed for one of our country’s veterans.
Troy Hillard Wash Rite owner was impressed with Jamie Strange efforts and willingness to listen to Chris and his views on how our veterans are forgotten all year except for ANZAC day. Troy also informed Jamie that Wash Rite has a further 25 free jobs in the Waikato to do over the next two weeks and offered Jamie to come along and meet more of our veterans and hear there stories if he wished.
