SiteTech Group Acquires WebSlice Limited

SiteTech Group is excited to announce the acquisition of WebSlice Limited, a respected New Zealand hosting provider with products in the Cloud Servers, Dedicated Servers and Shared Hosting markets.
Nathan Russ, Managing Director of SiteTech Group says adding WebSlice to the group alongside its flagship brand SiteHost is a great way to expand SiteTech’s product offering and reach a wider audience of customers.
“With the hosting industry growing and changing rapidly, it is important that we offer a wide range of services to customers across the board and have brands tailored to those customer specific needs. Acquiring WebSlice is an excellent way for us to take further steps towards that goal.”
WebSlice customers will continue to receive the same services they have over the past few years with the extra resources provided by the SiteTech Group improving both performance and reliability across the product range.
SiteTech Group, established in 2004 is one of New Zealand’s largest hosting and cloud services providers. Independently owned and operated SiteTech Group provides service for thousands of customers in New Zealand and around the world, from large enterprises to SME’s.
The purchase price is confidential and the ownership change will be completed on the 23 March 2017.
