Air NZ’s top ranking
Wellington Chamber of Commerce congratulates member Air NZ being named today as the New Zealand company with the strongest and most consistent reputation.
Chief Executive John Milford said regaining the top spot that the company lost last year, when it was ranked second, is a significant achievement.
“This proves again that consistency and perseverance pays off in business.
“This award is about Air NZ’s whole package – from cheaper flights, new planes, and better financial results, to transparency and great service and customer engagement.
“The attention to detail and excellence
that results in a good reputation takes a long time to
build, and it’s often harder to maintain that once
you’re there.
“They are things that I’m sure every company could look at improving on.”
