SKYCITY Shuttle offers speedy service to Auckland Airports

New SKYCITY Shuttle offers speedy service to Auckland Airports

SKYCITY Auckland will soon operate a new shuttle service between SKYCITY’s hotels and Auckland Airport’s international and domestic terminals.

The new service, which begins next month, can be used by anyone wishing to travel to or from Auckland’s airport terminals and will operate from 5am to 8pm, seven days per week. Passengers can enjoy a direct service from just $30 per person one way, and can add additional travellers for an extra $15 per person each trip. The shuttles are Mercedes Sprinter luxury vehicles, so passengers can enjoy travelling in comfort and style.

SKYCITY General Manager Hotels Bradley Burnett says with the number of national and international travellers SKYCITY’s hotels host, the new shuttle service makes sense.

“For us it’s about providing a seamless experience for our guests. Our current hotel driver services are always in demand and the new shuttle is a natural extension of that service.

“With the new shuttle service, guests book in advance so they are free to relax and have a wonderful break without worrying about how they’re getting to the hotel or out to the airport. We’re confident that the service will be popular with other travellers visiting Auckland too, given the convenient central city pick up and drop off location right on Federal Street,” Mr Burnett says.

Travellers can book online, via the SKYCITY Call Centre on 0800 SKYCITY and both hotels’ concierge desks. The shuttle can take ‘walk-ups’ subject to availability.
