Kiwi Kickstarter Success
ReCreate Store, the brainchild of four young kiwi women has achieved success on the crowd funding site Kickstarter.com.
And with a week to spare! Just 23 days ago they embarked on the goal of sourcing much needed funds. Having exhausted all
available resources, they needed help to see their range of women’s and men’s garments hit production.
Kickstarter.com offers the opportunity for backers to make a pledge with the offer of a reward. In essence
pre-purchasing the items. And with an ‘all or nothing’ system, reaching the project goal is of utmost importance.
To celebrate this achievement, the talented team at ReCreate have just launched two exciting new reward options and
they’re absolutely adorable! These additions are for the gorgeous little ones in our lives and are a wonderful
complement to the existing collection of luxury everyday basics. Each garment in the range is made from 140gsm GOTS
certified organic cotton. So as well as looking good, you’ll feel great too.
With a week left on the ReCreate Kickstarter campaign timeline, there is nothing stopping this project from exceeding
all expectations. In fact the team hope to do just that, with Lisa of ReCreate saying ‘Such success will create even
more training and employment opportunities for the production team in Cambodia and other marginalised communities’.
