DataCol to distribute Itron's water metering products and systems under partnership agreement
LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. and CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand — July 21, 2014
Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) and DataCol announced today a partnership to bring integrated data platforms to New Zealand
which will deliver higher levels of data services to the Water sector. Integrated Data Platforms help Water Utilities to
deliver higher levels of service, improve financial performance and better manage infrastructure decisions for the
future. DataCol, one of Australasia's leading water sector-focused data companies, will distribute Itron's technology
solutions within New Zealand.
Water management will remain a key issue for the New Zealand economy. Under this partnership, DataCol will also provide
technologies and services that complement Itron's technology portfolio to provide utilities with a complete solution to
reduce their Non-Revenue Water, improve their financial performance, enhance their customer services and their brand.
