Two Quest properties make top 10 list in wotif.com survey
Four Quest properties have been voted among the best places to stay in the country, with two making the New Zealand top
10 in a trans-Tasmanwotif.com survey.
Based on customer reviews, the hotel booking website has revealed the top five places to stay in New Zealand and
Australia’s most popular destinations.
Customers voted Quest Napier, Quest Rotorua Central, Quest Hamilton and Quest on Ward (also in Hamilton) as among New
Zealand’s best places to stay. Quest Rotorua Central and Quest on Ward were also voted two of the top 10 hotels in the
country.
The selections are based on the number of reviews the hotels received until 1 June this year. Each winning property has
higher overall reviews than the average for hotels in the destination.
Quest Rotorua Central Franchise Director, Lisa MacPhee, says a focus on quality service ensures a superior guest
experience.
“To receive recognition in the survey has been great for our team as we strive to achieve an all-round fantastic
experience,” says Lisa. “It is also great to know our guests take the time to share their experience with other
travellers.”
Stephen Mansfield, CEO Quest Serviced Apartments New Zealand, says the Quest properties identified as high performers in
the survey are also high performers in the Quest internal guest satisfaction benchmarking system.
“In some instances the Quest properties are up against physically more impressive complexes but it is clear that the key
difference is the Quest attitude and approach to service,” he says. “These franchisees are great examples of the Quest
franchisees’ commitment to customer care.”
