Joukou platform launch YouTurn App at HackAKL
Joukou are proud to announce the release their dynamic new application that is set to change the way the population uses public transport, this past weekend at the Annual Auckland Hackathon held at AUT.
The development of this application will make it easier for people to access and compare information on time with economical efficiency all at the touch of a button, allowing for increased use of the public transport available and therefore decreasing carbon omissions by cutting back private vehicle use.
Joukou CEO Matthew Jackson said the push notification option for this application allows for fast and accurate updates allowing people to make better choices, faster.
"YouTurn – Changing direction on the way you travel”
‘What will it cost you to travel right now?
Understand the true cost of your transportation options. YouTurn connects multiple data sources and analyzes them so you know the cost of driving in the city versus taking public transport. Make it easy and have the cost pushed to your phone. Know the yearly cost of your transport decisions. See your impact on the environment.
Joukou provides a platform, which liberates your company’s data with an effective integration solution that improves business processes and creates value.
The Auckland Hackathon provided Joukou the perfect platform for the launch of this top of the line transport information application, which will be available for purchase mid-late June.
