Auckland, NZ - May 20, 2014. Flintfox International, a leading global provider of advanced trade relationship<http://www.flintfox.com/promotions/> and trade promotion management<http://www.flintfox.com/consumer-goods/> software solutions and services, today announced the appointment of industry veteran LeTicia S. Hallstead. Ms. Hallstead is a highly experienced business strategy executive, and joins Flintfox as the company's new Vice President of Business Development for the Trade Relationship Management (TRM) division.
Ms. Hallstead has more than 25 years of experience in software and professional services solutions sales, sales management and business strategy development. She comes to Flintfox from leading pharmaceutical brand support company, Triplefin, where she was responsible for strategic business development, marketing, and implementation.
Prior to Triplefin, Ms. Hallstead held senior executive sales roles with technology industry leaders including i2 Technologies; Dun & Bradstreet; Baan (now Infor); Software AG; and Computer Associates. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a client-centric focus resulting in delighted clients and increased sales and profitability.
"LeTicia brings a wealth of experience to Flintfox, not only in solution and enterprise software sales, but also a deep understanding of supply chain and business strategy. Equally as important, her singular focus on delivering outstanding client satisfaction is a stellar match with Flintfox's corporate culture of 'bending over backwards' to ensure our clients' success. We're delighted to have LeTicia join our team leading the Trade Relationship Management (TRM) division," says Flintfox CEO, Mike Ridgway.
Ridgway says Ms. Hallstead's appointment will help the company continue to capitalize on the recent launch of its highly successful integrated Trade Relationship Management (TRM) solution -- "TPM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM".
"The release of Flintfox TPM for Microsoft Dynamics CRM has really been an industry game changer. We've long been leaders in providing Trade Promotion Management solutions that integrate with the wide range of ERP system our customers are using," Ridgway says. "Now, forward thinking companies are looking for a broader solution than just TPM. They need to be able to conduct full revenue management<http://www.flintfox.com/trade-spend-and-funds-management/> -- and they want do it from within their CRM system as part of their normal workflow processes."
Ridgway says a true Trade Relationship Management (TRM) solution provides an integrated, closed-loop Trade Promotions Management and CRM sales ecosystem that combines trade fund, promotion and relationship management and allows companies to manage their revenue processes from end-to-end.
"That's what Flintfox has delivered with the Flintfox TRM for Microsoft CRM solution. And we've had huge interest from the market since we launched."
Ms. Hallstead says she joined Flintfox because she can see the power of the TRM solution Flintfox offers to clients.
"The Flintfox TRM solution is designed to help companies manage every aspect of the Trade Spend function of their business, enabling maximum return on Trade Promotion dollars. It allows clients to manage trade promotions more profitably and make smarter decisions about trade spending options before commitment. Even better, they can conduct this analysis right from within the Microsoft CRM system and Outlook that many of us already work in daily."
"The market is evolving and Flintfox is definitely ahead of the curve," Ms. Hallstead says. "I'm really excited about the potential this innovative TRM for CRM solution brings. Based on the warm response we've received from those clients and prospects who have seen this unique, ERP-agnostic solution, my team and I are looking forward to helping our clients further explore the difference that the Flintfox TRM solution will make to the profitability of their businesses."
