MYOB launches new enhancements for Mac accounting solution AccountEdge
New Zealand’s leading business solutions provider, MYOB, today announced new updates to their popular AccountEdge product suite. The product suite (AccountEdge Basic, Pro and Network Edition) is designed specifically for use on Apple products and now boasts a range of new features, making accounting on Macs, iPhones and iPads even easier.
The latest enhancements include:
Faster handling of bank
statements
It’s now even easier and faster to work
with bank transactions. Both uncoded and added transactions
can be viewed on the one screen when importing QIF or OFX
files. When importing bank statements, recurring
transactions can be identified and coded quickly to the
relevant accounts.
Attach documents
Documents
can now be attached, making it easier to track important
information about transactions and jobs.
Change
orders
With the new ability to track changes in
orders, it’s a lot easier to manage complex projects and
give more clarity and transparency to customers.
Add
notes to transactions
This new feature allows notes
to be added to transactions that are visible to other
employees - handy for reminders or special information about
jobs.
Bulk delete cards and items
A range of
line items or cards can now be deleted all at once, a real
time-saver.
Trust accounts
The details of funds
held in a trust can now be tracked and reported
upon.
Pricing
AccountEdge Basic, AccountEdge Pro and AccountEdge Network Edition are
available for purchase at $279, $819 and $999 respectively.
