MedSailors’ New Trailer Video Launched Featuring Three Destinations
If a picture is worth a thousand words, then films are worth a million. MedSailors has released their brand new series of films for the 2014 season, perfectly capturing the essence of their sailing holidays in three succinct, 60-second trailers. The forerunner of this series is the 2013 MedSailors Trailer, featuring all three destinations; Croatia, Greece and the newly launched Turkey. Produced by the acclaimed film production company 90seconds, each country is presented in a unique, yet compelling way, showcasing the highlights of each itinerary.
The film subtly conjures up the sights, smells and sounds of these three locations to create an evocative film, guaranteed to have your reaching for your boat shoes. Offering a perfect balance between a sailing adventure encompassing the local towns and culture, and a weeklong break with your closest friends, a MedSailors trip features lazy days on board a beautiful yacht, late nights in vibrant locations and unforgettable memories throughout.
Since its inception in 2010 MedSailors has offered this unique holiday experience to over 5000 guests. Founded by a trio of Kiwi sailors, MedSailors continuously demonstrates their commitment to providing sailing holidays that exceed guests’ expectations, strengthening their reputation as one of the top skippered sailing holiday providers. You can view the films by following the links to Croatia, Turkey, Greece and the MedSailors Trailer 2013.
MedSailors’ newly launched destination, Turkey, is famous for its Turquoise Coast renowned for its temperate climate, beautiful countryside and influential recognisable cuisine. This spectacular country also boasts a historic legacy that has helped shape modern culture and society, with famed sights such as Ephesus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, multi-faceted Istanbul and the unforgettable white terraces of Pamukkale, the living testament to this legacy.
Turkey is less well known for the wonderful coastal towns and villages stretching along it’s southern shores, from Gocek, a short hop from Dalaman, to fishing harbour Fethiye, continuing on to the famed Oludinez and Kas, home to Patara Beach and rare Loggerhead turtles.
Daniel Painter, Managing Director of MedSailors, explained that the expansion to Turkey was a natural path for them to follow. Having spent many holidays sailing in the area with his friends and co-founders, he felt it to be an undiscovered gem in the warm waters of the Mediterranean. “We offer guests the perfect balance of partying, relaxation, history and sights, and of course sailing.”
The MedSailors Sailing Turkey itinerary will run a 7-day return journey from Gocek and bookings can be made on their website at http://www.medsailors.com.
