New Senior Appointment at Kerridge
Auckland, 07 February 2014 – Leadership advisory business Kerridge & Partners today announced the appointment of remuneration and benefits specialist Victoria Scott as Principal Consultant.
In this newly created position, Ms Scott will play a senior role in Kerridge & Partners’ executive search practice. She brings strong international and New Zealand experience to the business, and particular expertise in the areas of employee benefits, employee engagement and employee policy design.
With a Masters Degree in History and post graduate diplomas in retirement provision and international benefits Ms Scott is well placed to advise Kerridge & Partners’ clients and candidates, particularly as many New Zealand companies benchmark senior roles to the international market.
In the United Kingdom Ms Scott worked for leading global employee benefits and HR consulting firm Buck Consultants, with key responsibilities around providing advice to clients and employees on superannuation and investments and benefit change programmes for major employers in the manufacturing, beverage and telco sectors.
In New Zealand Ms Scott worked for investment and talent company Mercer, advising on a range of issues including executive remuneration, employee benefits and merger and acquisitions for both local and offshore clients in the financial, engineering, education, transport, FMCG, technology and tourism sectors.
Peter Kerridge, partner, says that Victoria has a sought-after mix of skills that complements the Kerridge & Partners team very well.
“Victoria’s proven track record of client and team management, sound advice, strong communication and driving business growth from both existing and new clients will be valuable to our business. We are thrilled to have Victoria on board and look forward to introducing her to our clients.”
