2013 ANZ Flying Start Business Plan Competition – 4 September 2:45pm
Media are invited to attend the awards function tomorrow afternoon for the 2013 ANZ Flying Start Business Plan Competition.
The annual competition, run by Business.govt.nz is now in its third year and gives Kiwi entrepreneurs the chance to develop an effective business plan and win a share of over $80,000 in prizes.
Entrants submitted their business plans earlier this year. The top 51 entrants from 17 regions around the country were then invited to submit a more detailed plan in June.
Seventeen regional winners were then selected by Judges and the top five entrants will tomorrow morning pitch their business to a panel of experts. The supreme winner will be announced at an awards function tomorrow afternoon by Small Business Minister John Banks.

Where: Te Wharewaka function centre, Taranaki Street Wharf.
