Merlot.aero finalist in theAir NZ Cargo ExportNZ Awards

Merlot.aero has been named as a finalist in theAir New Zealand Cargo ExportNZ Auckland Awards 2013.
The airline operations management software company is ranked in the country's top four, in the QBE Insurance Exporter of the Year (total sales under $25 million) category. The merlot.aero system is the first fully cloud-based airline operations management system designed by industry professionals specifically for the airline industry.
Other finalists in that category range from automobile accessories to training courses for travel and tourism, and crew uniform design for superyachts.
Export New Zealand Auckland, the awards organiser, said entries were from companies making a surprising variety of unique products and services and selling overseas, including software for a range of industries, noise reduction technology, fences and dairy milk meters, home yoghurt-making, fruit sorting machinery, meat snacks, wine and beer.
