Manawatu Property Agency Scoop Top National Awards
Hamilton, New Zealand, August 20th 2011 - Watson Property Management is awarded an unprecedented number of awards at the 2011 Real Estate Institute Of New Zealand (REINZ) Property Management Awards For Excellence.
Presented at the annual REINZ Gala Awards Dinner, prize categories are judged and awarded anonymously by a panel of 5 completely independent experts, each unknown to the other. General criteria for success range from quality of customer service, to innovation in property management practice.
Watson Real Estate Ltd, a wholly family owned Manawatu business established in 1996, were awarded 3 first place awards and two runner’s up awards - a total of 5 awards gained in a field of 16 individual finalists, an unprecedented level of achievement. Prizes awarded were:
1.REINZ Residential Property Management Agency of The Year
2.REINZ Residential Property Management Rookie of the Year (Jodi-Anne Taiapa)
3.REINZ Residential Property Management Support Staff Member Of The Year (Justine Hurley)
4.REINZ Residential Property Manager Of The Year Runner Up (Jenny Parry)
Additional recognition was given to REINZ Rookie Of The Year (Rebecca Lui) and Support Staff Member Of The Year (Dave Stockley), both as runners up in their category.
Greg Watson, owner, said “We were amazed and overwhelmed at receiving the awards, and competing against the top offices and individuals in the country. I am so proud of our team, and of what they have achieved. They have shone in a competitive field against tough big city competition.”
Watson have concentrated on improving their property management business over the last 7 years.
