Statement From Mrs Christmas Limited (In Liquidation) Re: Company Liquidation
Today Mrs Christmas was placed into liquidation by the Auckland High Court appointing Damien Grant and Steven Khov of Waterstone Insolvency.
The liquidators are very confident that the business will be sold within a week. There are currently three parties interested in purchasing the company.
Based on indications of interest, the liquidators feel confident that all customer orders will be honoured and anyone who has an account with Mrs Christmas will have any payments credited to their new account.
