McDonald’s warns of fraudulent email scam
McDonald’s has received enquiries from concerned members of the public about an email and associated website which offer
participants a $50 voucher in exchange for taking part in a survey and providing personal information, including credit
card and address details.
McDonald's New Zealand advises that it is not the source of, or affiliated with, this email or website in any way.
Anyone who receives the email should disregard or delete it.
McDonald’s only uses reputable research companies and would never request bank or credit card details.
The source of the email scam is currently unknown and has been reported to the appropriate authorities.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this fraudulent email.
