Sanderson and Weir go back on their word over Bluechip case.
Margaret Rasmussen, the daughter of the 90 year old Tauranga woman that was served with a PLA notice earlier this year,
has been delivered a Christmas present from Auckland Law Firm -Sanderson and Weir. The present is of the worst kind.
Just a week out from Christmas, Sanderson and Weir, have again hit the same family hard, serving a PLA notice.
90 year old Mrs Harrison was served her PLA notice at her bedside in June! - now her daughter who is almost 70 years old
is suffering from the law firms’ famous cruel tactics.
Sanderson and Weir are reported as saying they do not want any further adverse publicity over the Blue chip cases - yet
they are acting inconsistently with identical Bluechip client circumstances. Sanderson and Weir act for the Australian
finance group 'Challenger Mortgages' and have been involved with this company and the BlueChip dealings at the time
lending was taking place..
The law firm are being inconsistent with their recovery action.
In Mrs Rasmussen's case - that being she is a pensioner and reliant on the super income only, she has constantly
informed Challenger of her circumstances and that she is a Bluechip victim. Sanderson and Weir and Challenger have taken
a draconian approach in bad faith knowing the BlueChip lending partnership was a scam.
EUFA administration team have written an email to Mr Simon Power to encourage him to take urgent action on this matter.
Mrs Rasmussen is distraught as both her and her mothers reality is - that they are close to being homeless.
