New Real Estate Company Launches Introducing Custom Residential
Never before has a spotlight shined so brightly on an industry. In the wake of a “tight” market, credit crunch and anxious times, the real estate industry has been taking some punches. So it is perhaps with some surprise that a new real estate company is arriving on the scene. But, as the great saying goes “there’s no time like the present!”
Custom Residential put up its first official “For Sale” sign today at 12 Ardmore Road in Herne Bay, in a move that signals positive change for an industry often accused of not changing to keep up with the times.
Founder and Head of Business Development, Johnny Wills comments, “It is a challenging environment, but we believe that out of challenge comes change and therefore the climate offers the perfect opportunity to redefine the way we do business to reflect the requirements of our audience. No matter what the market is doing, people always need to buy and sell houses. But, we believe our offering of a fresher, younger, proactive, dynamic, friendly and honest approach will give a refreshing option that we hope will improve the overall perception of the industry.”
Johnny Wills is a 35-year-old former policeman who is now a highly successful real estate sales agent, well aware that the landscape of the industry has been changing rapidly. He continues, “Buying or selling your family home remains one of the most important decisions you can make. That’s why it is crucial to get professional support and advice from the right people. My clients tell me they really value and appreciate sincere and honest service and I realised the huge demand for doing business that way. At Custom Residential we will be handpicking a team of specialists to ensure only the right people with the right approach and attitude come on board The industry needs an overhaul, and I’m more than happy to make a start!”
“The market always goes in cycles; housing is now more affordable for young and first home buyers, the current downturn has to be balanced alongside record growth over the past seven years, and people who sell now are entering a more affordable market,” says Wills.
This is a fresh young face for the real estate industry, one that is confident about improving the overall public perception of the industry. It may appear a “risky” venture in the current economic climate, but Custom Residential is prepared for the spotlight and is determined to make a difference with substance.
