Westpac NZ lowers floating rate
Westpac NZ has just announced it will lower its floating mortgage interest rate to 8.15%pa effective for new customers 23 December.
This brings the collective drop in its floating rate to 1.30bps since announcing a 75bps drop on 20 November. Other fixed rate changes were notified yesterday.
