BEAT THE JOB SHORTAGE
Domino’s Pizza Calls for Summer Holiday Staff
Students desperate for summer jobs or wanting that first step on the career ladder should visit their local Domino’s store.
While many businesses are cutting back on staff Domino’s Pizzas need more, particularly over this busy time of year.
As the fastest growing pizza chain in New Zealand, with outlets from Invercargill to Whangarei, Domino’s Pizza is inviting new staff to join one of its 74 stores.
Ryan Bohm, general manager of Domino’s Pizza said the call has gone out to secondary school and university students around the country as they finish exams and turn their attention to finding a summer job in a market that is very tough.
“It’s that time of year when people are keen to pick up extra work and earn more money for the Christmas season. This year, with unemployment figures rising and many businesses looking to cut back staff it could be harder for students but fortunately, we still have jobs that need filling,” says Mr Bohm.
“Domino’s offers a range of jobs and a strong skills base for those wishing to progress within the pizza industry or move in to other lines of work.
“We still need more delivery staff, especially drivers with full licences. You can work the hours that suit, so it is ideal for students who want a bit of extra work.”
Just call 0800 30 40 50 and place your order for a job.
Domino’s Pizza has 512 stores across Australia and New Zealand, employing more than 14,000 casual and full-time team members who mak more than 50 million pizzas each year.
