FELTEX INVESTORS’ CLAIM – Opt-In
Until recently all holders, who did not opt out of the action brought in CIV2008-409-000348, were included in the shareholder group seeking to recover losses from investing in the June 2004 Feltex float.
The claims filed on behalf of the shareholder group are brought against Tim Saunders, Credit Suisse First Boston & others involved in the Feltex float.
On 7 October 2008 Justice French amended the original representation order, by deciding that, TO REMAIN IN THE GROUP, holders must now OPT-IN. To OPT-IN all investors need to do now is complete the reverse side of the cards mailed today to all Feltex subscribers at their 2004 address.
A copy of the card is attached and also available at http://www.ftxit.com/
