Shareholder Poll Results for Auckland Airport
The annual meeting of shareholders of Auckland International Airport Limited was held at the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre today [30/10/08]. All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by shareholders. Full details of the polls conducted are set out below.
Anthony Frankham was re-elected to the board. He was appointed a director of the company in 1994 and chaired the board’s audit and risk committee until he became board chairman last year.
Keith Turner was re-elected to the board. He was appointed a director of the company in 2004, and deputy chairman in November 2007.
Directors were authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor, Deloitte.
