AMP Capital Investors appoints Jason Wong to head of investment strategy
AMP Capital Investors has appointed Jason Wong to the position of head of investment strategy effective 24 November
2008.
Jason will have accountability for managing the asset allocation of AMP Capital’s diversified funds and for the delivery
of superior performance from the AMP Capital diversified funds and multi-manager funds to the New Zealand market.
“We are very pleased Jason Wong is joining AMP Capital. Mr Wong’s experience, capability and demonstrated track record
gained over 16 years adds further depth to an already wellresourced and experienced team,” said Murray Gribben, Managing
Director of AMP Capital Investors.
”This is a senior role within AMP Capital Investors demonstrated by Mr Wong being a member of the leadership team,” said
Mr Gribben.
Mr Wong will work closely with the New Zealand Fixed Interest and Equities teams. He has extensive and detailed working
knowledge of asset allocation, macro-economics, global and domestic markets and experience working in the Reserve Bank
and then First NZ Capital as economist/strategist.
