Mattel Announces Top Ten ‘Must Have’ Toys for Christmas 2008
Auckland, 6 October 2008: Classic toy favourites with a new twist will be featuring on Kiwi kids’ wish lists for Santa this Christmas, with a turbo-charged racetrack set for boys and singing Barbie for girls topping Mattel’s just-revealed Top Toys for Christmas 2008.
This year’s top toys, featured at www.mychristmaslist.co.nz, include ten of the newest and most exciting toys for children of all ages, guaranteed to bring Kiwi kids hours of fun.
For boys, the ultimate toy this year is the Hot Wheels Trick Tracks Power Loop Stunt Set. This multi-layered stunt course is the first racetrack set ever to come with a booster, so future Scott Dixons will get all the thrills of turbo charged play.

Little girls will love her glittery ‘transforming’ crown and her necklace that lights up when she sings. Pair her up with her friend Alexa, and they will sing together for you!
