Motivation expert visiting New Zealand to inspire business leaders
Success breeds success. It’s only natural; if you hang around with successful people a little piece of their magic rubs off. Sound familiar? So, does this approach really work? What is ‘success’ anyway - and how can you achieve more for your business? Would some expert – and entertaining - advice help?
Dubbed ‘Mr Motivation’, leading business motivator Pat Mesiti states that an important factor of success lies in shifting the mindset of both employers and employees, and that changing personal attitudes can lead to increased productivity and prosperity.
Due to visit New Zealand in December, as part of The Knowledge Gym’s programme of Knowledge Workouts - which provides Kiwis with coaching from top business achievers and mentors from around the world - Pat argues that knowing how to develop character, skills and attitudes that facilitate change can enable employers to unlock the full potential of their business.
“Don’t limit your people by telling them to dream small. Encourage them to dream big,” he says. “You can’t have a hundred thousand dollar income with a five dollar mindset,”
Pat’s own experience is a case in point. He was born into a working class Italian family fraught with alcohol and violence issues in one of Sydney’s rougher suburbs. In high school, one of his teachers told him that he would never amount to anything and most likely end up in jail - or dead. Pat made an unequivocal decision to beat the dire circumstances he was surrounded by and turn his life around.
With more than 18 years’ experience in sales, coaching and motivation in the workplace, Pat is a master of the art of persuasion. He knows what works in the real world and how to get results quickly and easily without any fuss. Having has spent his adult life helping people of all ages and professions make changes to their lives, he regularly inspires business groups and successful leaders with his incredible story and positive attitude.
His upcoming trip to New Zealand will see him present half day knowledge workouts in Christchurch, Auckland, and Wellington between December 9th and 11th. These workshops will provide practical resources to help attendees achieve their business goals, focusing on:
¨          practical principles to overcome obstacles and achieve success
¨          strategies to recognise, grab and persevere with opportunities
¨          the law of attraction, possession, pursuit and how healthy habits equal healthy income
¨          innovative ideas to unlock talents and turn goals into reality
¨          ways to handle failure and discover what success really is and how it can affect your world
Pat’s proven and practical approach to achieving greater business success through enhanced motivation enables business leaders – and owners – to apply effective techniques to benefit themselves, their employees and their clients.
“You can have more than you’ve got right now, if you will be committed to being more than you are right now,” he says. “Are you committed to seeing your life, your sales, your business go to another level?”
“Don’t work for what you get paid. Work for what you become.”
The Knowledge Gym provides New Zealand businesspeople with key insights and coaching from top business achievers and mentors from around the world.  For more information on The Knowledge Gym’s programme of ‘Knowledge Workouts’ and their other initiatives to expand your business know-how, or to register for Pat Mesiti’s presentation, please visit www.theknowledgegym.com
