Registered Master Builders Federation appoints new Chief Executive
Registered Master Builders Federation (RMBF) chairman Mike Fox announced today the appointment of Warwick Quinn as its new Chief Executive.
Mr Fox said he was delighted to secure the services of such an experienced industry professional.
"We're thrilled that Warwick has accepted this role. He has a wealth of knowledge in this sector and we're looking forward to him taking RMBF to the next level as the country's leading building industry organisation."
Mr Quinn has worked for Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) for the past four years as General Manager Regulatory, which included responsibility for providing technical advice on regulatory and policy matters to the Government. Other roles during his eight-year tenure at LINZ were Valuer-General and Chief Crown Property Officer.
He will start his role at RMBF in the middle of November. In the interim, former CEO Chris Preston will be Acting Chief Executive, following the departure of Pieter Burghout last week to BRANZ.
