Mai Chen, founding partner at Chen Palmer, Public Law Specialists, today announced the promotion of Nick Russell to the position of Principal. “Since joining the firm three years ago from a large nationwide law firm, Nick has developed a strong practice in public law litigation, ranging over a wide variety of industries and areas of the law”, Ms Chen said.
