Greenstone Group Appoints Phil Eaten As Partner
Development and project management consultancy Greenstone Group is pleased to announce that Phil Eaton has been appointed partner of the firm.
Phil will take responsibility for a wide range of Development Management services on commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects. He will also take a senior role within the Greenstone organisation in promoting its wide range of property services.
Phil will also lead Greenstone Group’ involvements with key industry initiatives including Green buildings and Lifetime design.
Phil joins the other partners Chris Hale, Kevin Cox and John Abel-Pattinson. Greenstone Group was initially formed in the year 2000.
“Phil joined Greenstone Group in 2006 and has already made a significant contribution to the success of our business” said Mr Abel-Pattinson. “We are excited that he has agreed to take a partnership role and look forward to his contribution to the success of the company in the future.” he said.
Prior to Greenstone Group, Phil has had senior development and business roles at Multiplex, Sky City and Westfield.
Greenstone Group is a specialist property consultancy organisation that provides project and development services to a wide range of properties and industry sectors.
Greenstone Group is presently managing approximately $600 million of projects throughout the country including office buildings, apartment buildings, industrial buildings and subdivisions, retail complexes, residential terrace houses and subdivisions, educational facilities, cinemas schools, and industrial complexes.
