Life Pharmacy appoints Jan Jones as General Manager Corporate Relations
Life Pharmacy Limited (NZX:LPL) has announced the appointment of Jan Jones to the position of General Manager Corporate
Relations, with overall responsibility for government relations, corporate communications, investor relations and human
resources.
Jan has been with Life Pharmacy since 2005 when she joined the company as Human Resource Manager.
Before becoming a human resources professional Jan trained as a microbiologist and worked for a number of medical and
pharmaceutical companies in research roles, later moving into sales and general management positions.
“Jan occupies a key new role in a small and focussed leadership team,” says Life Pharmacy Chief Executive Officer Philip
Ingham. “Her responsibilities include establishing the corporate infrastructure and processes and managing the
relationships that we need to grow the company.”
She holds a B.Sc. in zoology from Victoria University and a graduate diploma in human resource management from Massey
University.
