Easy Property Tax™ Set to Save Residential Property Investors Thousands
Auckland, 17 April 2008 - New Zealand rental property owners are being given the chance to save thousands of dollars by taking advantage of a new online service for completing their rental accounts.
Launched today – a first for New Zealand – Easy Property Tax™ provides an easy to use online service for people with rental properties to complete their end of year rental accounts.
The amount of accountants’ time required to complete a client’s rental account is reduced, which lowers the overall cost to the customer.
“Our own market research has shown a strong need for a web-based accounting practice where clients can log in at their own convenience, anywhere, anytime and prepare financial records quickly and easily,” says Greg Wells, Director, TCL Accountants.
“The cost of preparing rental accounts often mounts up because accountants have to wade through client paper work. Our new online software allows clients to complete a large chunk of the accounts online, greatly reducing the cost to the client.”
Given the level of innovation and uniqueness of the product, TCL Accountants have applied for a New Zealand patent.
The service will appeal to rental property owners throughout the country who are no doubt feeling the financial pinch of increased mortgage costs.
Online help and advice is available with the new service which helps to ensure that rental property owners do not miss-out on claiming any expenses, and provides advice on maximising returns.
The service launches today and is available for a flat fee of $350+GST per property. Further information is available at: www.easypropertytax.co.nz
