Fine Food, Wine And Views At Mercure Resort Queenstown
The first stage of an ongoing refurbishment at Mercure Resort Queenstown has further improved the atmosphere and spectacular views at the newly refurbished Vista Restaurant and Lounge Bar.
The aptly named Vista Restaurant boasts floor to ceiling windows that make the most of the incredible views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. Now, the environment is even more welcoming following a refurbishment to create a warmer, more stylish setting to complement the fine a la carte dining and premium Central Otago wines.
The Lounge Bar’s interior has also been updated, with inviting oversized couches and chairs from which to enjoy a delicious cocktail, light meal or a glass of wine that the region is celebrated for.
The refurbishment will now focus on the lobby area, which will be extended to create a larger, lighter space that will now incorporate the bar, and will also make the most of the stunning vista. Open all day, the bar will become the central meeting place for guests to enjoy a great coffee, a refreshing beverage or to just soak up the relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
Renowned for having some of the best views in Queenstown, Mercure Resort Queenstown also offers an excellent location, a wide range of facilities and professional service. Popular with both leisure and business travellers, the hotel is also a great option for conferences, team building retreats, weddings and other special events.
