Emirates Introduces Fairest Cape With Fairest Fare
Emirates Airline is celebrating the launch of services to Cape Town, with a special introductory fare offer for New
Zealanders.
The Dubai-based international airline will begin non-stop services from Dubai to Cape Town from March 30. The Cape Town
flights will connect each way with Emirates’ daily New Zealand services.
Until March 17, Emirates will offer a special economy return fare of $2257 to Cape Town from Auckland or Christchurch,
inclusive of taxes.
The fare is valid for travel out of Auckland from March 29 onwards, with completion of the trip by December 1. Full
details are available in reservation systems.
“Cape Town, capital of the province boasting what has been termed 'the fairest cape of them all ', will bring to 15 the
number of gateways to which we fly in Africa. As the second gateway in South Africa, after Johannesburg, we are
confident New Zealanders will find Cape Town absolutely fascinating. We are offering a very competitive fare for a very
attractive destination,” said Chris Lethbridge, Emirates’ Manager, New Zealand.
Emirates flies its wide-bodied aircraft four times daily from New Zealand to Dubai and beyond, via Australia. Passengers
can enjoy Emirates’ award-winning services, sumptuous meals and the finest wines in First, Business and Economy class on
all flights. Most services also have Emirates' award-winning 'ice' inflight system, providing more than 600 channels of
information, communication and entertainment.
