Kieren Perkins and Dr Clark Perry Join RogenSi
World swimming champion and Olympic legend Kieren Perkins and his business partner Dr Clark Perry have merged their
leadership, sales and team development company, PST Systems, with RogenSi, the global consultancy for exceptional
performance.
Perkins and Dr Perry, long-time senior performance psychologist at the Australian Institute of Sport, will become
directors of RogenSi, and will join the firm’s leadership and team development practice.
RogenSi specialises in helping businesses create exceptional performance in three of the hardest areas leaders and their
teams face: leading, inspiring change and driving sales.
RogenSi New Zealand-based director Rosemary Hume says Perkins and Perry will definitely be contributing to the firm’s
leadership practice in this country.
Perkins, dual Olympic gold medal winner, three-time Olympian and holder of 11 world swimming records met Perry when the
performance psychologist began working with the Australian swimming team.
Perry has worked closely with many elite athletes, coaches and business leaders over the past 20 years. He has been team
psychologist for the past four Australian Olympic teams, working with the Australian swimming, cycling, triathlon,
netball and baseball teams as well as the Wallabies Rugby Team.
When Perkins stopped competitive swimming, he and Perry began their leadership and elite performance consulting and
training business. They have worked with many of Australia’s leading organisations, including MLC, NAB, Toyota, Lexus,
Qantas, Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer and Honeywell.
Perkins says his experience as an elite swimmer helps him to get businesses to focus on engaging as a team to achieve
exceptional performance.
“Clark and I have been chasing exceptional performance all of our lives,” he says. “So it feels so right that we join a
consultancy that takes a holistic approach to creating it in business. We share the same philosophical approach and I’m
looking forward to being part of the RogenSi team delivering results for our clients.”
Dr Clark Perry says studying athletes performing at their peak provides many lessons for how those in business can
perform better.
“I have been researching and practising exceptional performance for 20 years. During that time I have come to understand
that superb outcomes need people with the will, the skills and the ways to win. That is what this merger will offer our
clients.
Announcing the move, RogenSi managing director Jim Robertson described it as logical and exciting.
“It’s logical because both Kieren and Clark epitomise exceptional performance. It’s exciting because the blend of their
knowledge and experience with the RogenSi know how, skills and processes, will create something very, very special.”
Kieren and Clark will join the RogenSi team in Sydney, but will work with clients in Australia, New Zealand and around
the world. The RogenSi group has offices in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America, Middle East and Europe
servicing some of the world’s best-known companies.
