iQ Toys launches 'Deal of the Day'
New Zealand online toy store, iQ Toys (www.iqtoys.co.nz) has launched a new feature to its award winning website - 'Deal
of the Day'. The service has only been running for a few days but is already providing to be popular. Managing Director
Shane Loomb says "customers seem to enjoy the surprise of seeing a new toy at an amazing discount appear every day with
only 24 hours to purchase it".
The site features a countdown timer that counts down second-by-second the time remaining for the current deal until 7pm
each night when a new deal appears. "This creates a sense of urgency and excitement and we are already noticing a surge
in traffic at around 7pm each night when the new deal is taken live" says Shane.
Shane advises that they will actively work with suppliers to bring discounts of 50% or more on the hottest selling toys
in New Zealand.
