Back by popular demand, this Valentine’s Day The Langham will open Partingtons’private dining room exclusively for one
couple.
The experience for two includes your own private waiter for the evening along with the exclusive use of Partingtons
private dining room, a bouquet of 30 red roses upon arrival, a six-course dinner with matching wine, a night’s luxurious
accommodation in a prestigious Park Suite, a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Champagne, strawberries and chocolate dipping
sauce, a traditional Langham breakfast in bed the following morning served with Champagne, butler service, a late
check-out to 1pm, return limousine transfers within a 30km radius of the hotel (or complimentary valet parking) plus
matching dressing gowns embroidered with the couple’s names.
This offer is limited to one couple only on 14 February 2008 and costs $1600.
This is the second year Partingtons has offered their private dining room for the exclusive use of one couple on
Valentine’s Day: “Last year we were inundated with people wanting to take up the offer so we’re expecting a similar
response this year,” said hotel manager Scott Thomson.

celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special six-course dinner featuring delicacies such as crayfish, beef Carpaccio, smoked
salmon with saffron dressing and pink Champagne sorbet. The dinner is $105 per person.
SBF Brasserie
SBF Brasserie will feature a sumptuous buffet dinner with over 30 options followed by a special chocolate themed
decadent Valentine’s dessert buffet with hand-crafted chocolates, molten chocolate cake, chocolate éclairs, chocolate
coated raspberry truffles, chocolate mousse, chocolate cheesecake, made-to-order chocolate crepes and a flowing
chocolate fountain with strawberries, cherries and French nougat to dip.
