Brussels Sprouts a New Citroen!
Citroen has announced that its all-new Citroen C5 will make its world debut at the 2008 Brussels International Motor
Show, the first major European motor show of the year, on 15 January 2008, demonstrating Citroen’s keenness to get the
new car into the market, rather than wait until the traditional European new car debut season at Geneva in March.
Following its European launch, the new Citroen C5 will arrive in New Zealand during the third quarter of 2008 armed with
a strong personality and all the prerequisite qualities needed to become a significant player in the prestige segment of
mid-upper range saloons. The new C5 is elegant, sleek and eminently distinguished, boasting the taut and aerodynamic
lines of the best in three-box saloons. To vitality the new C5 adds practicality, with class-leading cabin space for
both saloon and estate models.
Driving pleasure and travelling comfort are outstanding. The cockpit-style driving position features consummate quality
and detailing, innovative ergonomic controls and standard-setting seat comfort. Passengers travel in a prestige
environment with total peace of mind.
Out on the road, the new C5 reconciles sharp driving sensations with exceptional comfort. Fitted with the sophisticated
running gear of the C6 for exquisite ride comfort, the new C5 maintains the legendary ride quality that is a hallmark of
Citroën know-how. The new C5’s impeccable road manners are enhanced by a broad range of engines, uncompromising safety
and leading-edge technologies.
