Takeovers Panel Publishes Reasons For Kerifresh Decisions
The Takeovers Panel has published reasons for its decisions on Kerifresh Limited released on 9 November 2007.
The decisions were made following a meeting on 7 November to consider matters raised in a complaint to the Panel
relating to Kerifresh. The Panel also made a number of restraining orders which expire on 30 November 2007.
