New Holiday Website For New Zealand
Monday 12 November 2007, Christchurch NZ: To coincide with the launch of Pacific Blue’s new domestic flights between Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland, the award-winning low fare airline has unveiled a new website, “Blue Holidays” www.flypacificblue.com/holidays, to allow New Zealand travellers to personally design their travel itineraries to suit individual needs and budgets.
Blue Holidays, the highly successful program of Virgin Blue, now offers Pacific Blue Guests in New Zealand a huge choice of get-away package options including hotel accommodation in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands, flights with Pacific Blue, Virgin Blue, and Polynesian Blue and other international airline partners, car hire, insurance, transfers and tourist attractions and activities.
Pacific Blue General Manager Commercial, Adrian Hamilton-Manns, said, “The Blue Holidays website is a convenient ‘one stop shop’ for discerning travellers and, just as we proved with our air fares, we believe high quality packaged holidays need not be expensive, and that a ready market exists among internet savvy consumers.”
Blue Holidays General Manager of Australia and New Zealand, Chad Howard, added, “Not only is the launch of Blue Holidays website great for travellers, it is excellent timing for our hotel partners in New Zealand to gain more visibility where it counts.
“Blue Holidays hotel products are supplied through Travelocity’s “Preferred Hotels” program. By joining the Travelocity program, accommodation providers immediately gain valuable access to the New Zealand leisure market via the “Blue Holidays” channel.”
Hoteliers and land/tour suppliers wishing to have their products featured on Blue Holidays should contact Blue Holidays via email: supplierenquiries@blueholidays.com.au.
