Birthday celebrations with a sparkle
The team at threesixty is in a giving mood as celebrations for the fusion
restaurant’s first birthday get underway.
Every customer purchasing a glass or bottle of Champagne Mumm in the
restaurant or bar during April receives a chance to turn their discerning
eye to a case of 72 cubic zirconias to select a real diamond.
Diamonds will be forever for one lucky patron, who will walk away with a
gleaming ½ carat diamond with a registered valuation of NZ$4,000.
Zsa Zsa Gabor once famously said, “I never hated a man enough to give him
his diamonds back.” threesixty patrons won’t have to; every unsuccessful
diamond-picker will keep their cubic zirconia. The competition is only open
to entrants over the age of 18.
Innovative east-meets-west dining is the focus of this contemporary,
120-seat restaurant and bar, which has developed a strong local following,
as well as appealing to visitors since its opening in April 2006.
threesixty’s Executive Chef, Joji Iwama, combines authentic and locally
grown Asian ingredients with the best of New Zealand produce in Queenstown’s
only fusion restaurant.
threesixty is located on Beach Street in Queenstown and enjoys spectacular
views over Lake Wakatipu and the mountains, providing a dramatic setting for
The Whole Experience.
