Contegro redefines Website Content Management
Auckland based Labyrinth Solutions has launched Contegro a new generation in Website Content Management Systems (CMS) that is driving the online success of some of NZ’s most recognisable brands.
In 2003 Vaughan Reed, Contegro Founder and Managing Director set out to develop a CMS that would break the mould from the limitations and current inflexibilities of other products on the market. A Technology NZ Research and Development grant was secured for the development of a “new generation” in Website CMS. Vaughan’s vision was to set a new standard in Website CMS by employing the latest technology to deliver a feature rich solution in an easy to use package.
The resulting product is an intelligent solution providing organisations with an unparalleled level of flexibility, functionality and control in their website content management. Contegro is ideally suited towards customers that are “web-aware” and looking to develop a long term online strategy. This includes businesses that already have a CMS product but are finding it limited in terms of flexibility or functionality or it’s simply too difficult to use.
Already Contegro has been adopted by around 20 organisations with high profile companies including Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Avis and SUBWAY®. SUBWAY® has adopted Contegro as an intranet solution for Franchisees making important sales and marketing information available on demand and effectively increasing communication throughout the organisation.
Contegro is being delivered via an Accredited Partner Program that is focused on building long-term partnerships with leading Website Design companies to deliver Contegro to the end user. “This enables our partners to focus on what they do best; design, implementation, project management and pre and post website support services while we continue to focus on delivering the very best in Website CMS. This combination represents exceptional value for money for customers requiring a complete website solution” says Vaughan.
Auckland web Design Company Exceed Online were successful in becoming Contegro‘s first website design partner. Exceed have recently completed a high profile Contegro project with Avis NZ who have utilised the platform to ‘revolutionise’ their online strategy. The combination of Exceeds expertise in web consultancy and Contegro as a content management solution has surpassed Avis NZ’s expectations and enabled Avis to become proactive within the internet space.
Vaughan’s long term strategy is to deliver Contegro to overseas markets once the brand is firmly established in NZ. To achieve this Contegro has been developing relationships with key export bodies and has been accepted in to WHK Gosling Chapman’s High Impact Program. This program utilises Massey University’s internationally recognised Benchmarking Program to accelerate small to medium business into periods of high growth.
