Top Auckland real estate agent, Nicola Bull, has been appointed shareholder of the holding company of award winning real
estate agency, Kellands Real Estate.
Kellands Real Estate Director, Deborah Kelland, said her sister, Ms Bull has been with Kellands since its inception in
1994 and has been one of its top sales people over the past ten years.
“Nicola was my very first sales person and helped me establish the company. She has been involved in all aspects of the
business since that time and it is fitting that her role now expands to shareholder and Sales Manager.
“Her integrity, honesty and commitment to extraordinary marketing will ensure that the agency continues to be a leading
niche marketer of Auckland’s elite homes and developments.”
Ms Bull was Salesperson of the Year for Kellands from 2001 to 2004 and won many of the NZ Herald Awards for marketing
excellence during this period.
Ms Bull’s previous role as Team Leader will be filled by one of Kellands top coastal and luxury home sales people,
Martin Dobson.
Whilst his new expanded role is a management appointment, Mr Dobson will still be strongly involved in significant
property sales.
Ms Kelland says “with over 20 years experience heading up a team in Finance and Property Banking, Mr Dobson will be able
to pass on his background in negotiation, coupled with his astute financial skills to the Kellands team and thereby
ensure that our clients continue to achieve the maximum result that they are looking for.”
