Agency Education From The Top
Agency principals, from a number of high profile advertising agencies across the country, will be coming together in an effort to increase their understanding of digital advertising with the view of filtering this information down within their own agencies.
Hosted by the CAANZ/AUT Communications School, this highly informative one-day ‘E-marketing and Digital Marketing’ seminar will expose forty Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors and General Managers to the latest in digital marketing and will enable them to explore areas of common concern or confusion.
With the course fully booked, Mark Champion (CEO of CAANZ) is pleased with the high level of interest as he believes it is an indication of the industry’s commitment to New Media right at the very top and shows a commitment to education.
“This e-marketing seminar is designed as an extension of the existing courses and workshops offered by the CAANZ/AUT Communications School which are now viewed as an essential component of our vibrant and prosperous communications industry.
“With the support of managers, who not only commit budget to train people within their company but are also willing to attend courses themselves, it paves the way for agency principals to pass on experience to emerging talent coming up the ranks,” says Mark.
Facilitating the seminar is Jenny Williams, Managing Director of Tribal DDB in Sydney who is an acclaimed speaker and a recognised expert in digital marketing and has worked for clients across Asia, America and Europe.
Designed for high-level professionals, the seminar will look at trends within the digital landscape and the impact it has on consumers, use of media, industry best practices and issues and challenges faced by agencies in adapting their organisation to the ever changing digital landscape.
